
Mango Lassi
Ripe mango blended with yogurt, milk and a pinch of cardamom. Best in season with Chaunsa or Sindhri mangoes.
Ingredients
Equipment: Small saucepan, strainer
Method
Blend everything until smooth and frothy.
Taste and add sugar if the mangoes are not very sweet. Pour and serve cold.
Cooking tips
- Frozen mango chunks give a thicker lassi without extra ice.
Substitutions
- Yogurt and milk → coconut yogurt and oat milk to make it vegan
Serve with
Top with a pinch of crushed pistachio.

Fridge up to 1 day; stir before serving.
